Law firm Pemberton Greenish has expanded its transactions and private client offering by merging with central London practice Brice Droogleever & Co. The latter's two-partner strong team will be integrated and fully operational with immediate effect.
Partners Rosalind Paterson-Morgan and James Brice will further strengthen Pemberton Greenish’s expertise in high value residential conveyancing and private client matters, including trusts, wills and estate planning, investment, and landlord and tenant work.
Robert Barham, head of conveyancing at Pemberton Greenish, commented: “The practice is a natural fit for Pemberton Greenish given the synergy between our respective practice areas and client bases and will further strengthen our market-leading real estate and transactions offering to our clients.”
Ms Paterson-Morgan, added: “The growth of our practice has been a source of great pride for myself and James and this merger is an ideal progression for us given the complementary practices and cultures of Brice Droogleever & Co and Pemberton Greenish. We have had an established presence in prime central London for many years and we look forward to continuing to provide the high-quality real estate and private client advice that our clients have come to expect.”
