KPMG appoints wealth management partner

KPMG has hired Abhijit Rawal as a strategy partner with a specific focus on the wealth sector, as part of an what it said was an "ongoing investment in the firm’s advisory capabilities to help clients successfully manage the significant changes the wealth management sector faces."

Mr Rawal has over 13 years of global advisory and industry experience across strategy, business transformation, retail distribution and new customer propositions. He will work with colleagues from across KPMG’s advisory practices to help firms with their growth, deals and overall strategic and digital agenda.

Providing audit, tax and advisory services, KPMG operates from 22 offices across the UK with approximately 14,500 partners and staff. The firm recorded a revenue of £2.2 billion in the year ended 20 September 2017.
