Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its global private wealth practice with the appointment of partner Kevin Lee, who joins the firm in Hong Kong.
Mr. Lee's practice covers a wide range including private wealth advisory, trusts, tax, philanthropy, corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, general business law, private equity and cross border transactions.
He represents high net worth clients and advises major corporations from around the world. He joins Stephenson Harwood from Zhong Lun Law Firm, where he was co-head of the global private client practice.
Mr Lee's arrival is the latest in a number of moves to expand Stephenson Harwood's private wealth practice. Private wealth partners Erik Wallace and Laurence Ho, both who have experience in US tax and estate planning matters, joined the firm's Hong Kong office in 2016 and 2017 respectively.
Also in Hong Kong, Silvia On was promoted to partner last month, along with London-based Emily Osborne. Ms On advises individuals and families on their succession and estate planning needs, while Ms Osborne provides international tax and structuring advice to families and trustees of family trusts on a variety of issues.
Headquartered in London, with 10 offices across Asia, Europe and the Middle East, Stephenson Harwood has more than 170 partners.
