Chester-based law firm Aaron & Partners has appointed solicitors Alison Wright and Paul Caslin to its wills, trusts and tax team.
Ms Wright joins the team as a solicitor with over twenty years’ experience. She has spent much of her career in the North West and North Wales, working at a range of practices in senior positions.
A private client specialist, Mr Caslin joins the firm from Liverpool-based Maxwell Hodge. Prior to this, he worked at Jackson Lees, having graduated from The University of Law in Chester.
“We’re delighted to be continuing to grow our wills, trust and tax team in Chester as we keep up with the demand of new instructions and additional work for our existing clients,” commented Aaron & Partners' head of wills, trust and tax, Clive Pointon.
“Securing your wealth and assets for the future has never been more important and in these uncertain economic times, we’re seeing greater demand from private clients who want considered advice to ensure their finances are being looked after in their best interests,” he continued.
Aaron & Partners’ wills, trusts and tax team offer advice in a number of areas, including estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, preparation of wills, tax planning, statutory wills and gifts, trust services, court of protection work and deputyship applications.
