Offshore law firm Collas Crill has expanded its global footprint with the opening of a new office in Hong Kong.
Following its recent expansion into BVI, the law firm has now set up a representative office in Hong Kong, extending its international offering across the Caribbean, Asia and the Channel Islands.
The firm said that a presence in Hong Kong will provide it “with an opportunity to build on the existing relationships we have developed through our Singapore office.”
In order to facilitate this, Collas Crill has made a new appointment, consultant Simon Fraser.
Based in Hong Kong, Mr Fraser has more than 20 years' experience as a legal practitioner and more than 14 years of fiduciary experience at senior level with two offshore trust companies.
Stephen Adams, managing partner of Collas Crill’s Singapore office, will have responsibility for the Hong Kong office, working closely with Mr Fraser to extend its reach in Asia.
