London-based law firm Winckworth Sherwood has expanded its private client team with the appointment of Natalie Quail as a tax associate.
Ms Quail specialises in international tax and wealth planning including both personal and corporate tax and providing a holistic offering to HNW and UHNW families seeking advice for both their personal and business interests.
Her experience includes remittance basis planning, advising on the statutory residence test, structuring the tax efficient holding and disposal of artwork; structuring the acquisition, ownership and disposal of shares and real estate and the interpretation of double taxation treaties (inter alia).
Prior to joining the firm Ms Quail was an associate at Mishcon de Reya for two years and has also held roles at White & Case and Baker & McKenzie.
