Highvern, the Jersey-based trust business has appointed Natalie Jelley as compliance director.
Ms Jelley is an ex-regulator and former head of compliance for Link Asset Services (formerly Capita Asset Services), a global provider of financial administration solutions. In her former role she had responsibility for the compliance function of six different service lines and four jurisdictions.
Aidan O’Flanagan, head of funds said: “Natalie’s expertise speaks for itself. Given the innovative dynamic nature of our offering, Natalie’s insight will be of great value to our clients.”
The appointment follows the launch of Highvern’s new boutique fund services business in February 2018.
